يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية غير مستخدم، وبجميع العلامات والتغليف الخاص به.
تتحمل ايكادولى تكلفة الشحن كاملة في حالة وجود عيب أو إرسال منتج خاطئ.
الاستبدال:
يمكن طلب استبدال خلال مدة أقصاها ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الاستلام، مع تحمّل رسوم الشحن.
يُشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تمامًا.
