At Ikadoli, we care about our customers' satisfaction, so we allow product inspection upon delivery in the presence of the shipping representative to ensure quality.
RETURNS
- Immediate Return: Products can be returned on the spot with the representative by paying only the shipping fees.
- Return Period: Available for up to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided a reason is given.
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
- Important Note: Ikadoli covers full shipping costs in case of manufacturing defects, wrong products, or incorrect size/color.
EXCHANGE
- Exchange Period: Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Cost: The customer bears the shipping fees for exchange requests.
- Conditions: The product must be in its absolute original condition and unused.
