Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Ikadoli will cover all shipping costs if the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or differs in size or color from the original order.
